1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms apply to the Zelya Lite Android app and related Zelya Lite services provided through zelya.ai. Separate terms, policies, or billing rules from an app store or other independent third party may also apply to your use of that third party’s services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use Zelya Lite. Zelya Lite is not directed to children. Every person depicted in content you upload, edit, request, or generate must be 18 or older, and you must have the rights and permissions needed for your use.
3. Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in and session details secure, and do not let another person misuse your account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact support@zelya.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.
Account access and available sign-in methods may change as the service develops. Do not sell, transfer, or automate access to an account except as expressly permitted by Zelya Lite.
4. Zelya Lite features and AI-generated results
Zelya Lite allows you to submit prompts, settings, images, videos, and other instructions to request AI-assisted edits and generations. Results are probabilistic and can be inaccurate, unexpected, unsuitable, biased, offensive, or similar to results created for others. Zelya Lite does not guarantee a specific result, availability, uniqueness, accuracy, legal status, or fitness for a particular purpose.
AI-generated content is not professional, legal, medical, financial, or other advice. Review every result before you use, publish, or rely on it, and use generated content truthfully and responsibly. Do not present generated material as authentic evidence where doing so could mislead or harm someone.
5. Your content and permissions
You retain any rights you have in the original content you provide. To operate Zelya Lite, you authorize Zelya Lite and its service providers to host, copy, transmit, process, review for safety, and display your content only as needed to provide and support the service, deliver your requested results, maintain security, investigate reports, and comply with law.
You must have every right, license, consent, and permission needed for each upload, edit, generation request, and use of a result, including consent from identifiable adults where required. Do not upload or process content that you are not allowed to use. Content you keep private is not automatically made public; content you choose to publish or share may be visible to others according to that choice.
Zelya Lite does not provide long-term or permanent storage for images or videos. Download results you want to keep. Processing copies, caches, backups, retention limits, and legal-preservation exceptions are described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use Zelya Lite to upload, request, create, edit, distribute, or engage in activity that:
- Sexualizes, exploits, or depicts any person under 18 in a sexual context, including fictional, illustrated, or AI-generated depictions.
- Creates or distributes non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, trafficking, abuse, or content that unlawfully invades privacy.
- Uses another person’s likeness or personal information without the rights or consent required for the intended use.
- Impersonates, defames, threatens, harasses, blackmails, or encourages serious harm to another person.
- Promotes terrorism, severe violence, illegal activity, malware, fraud, or evasion of safety systems.
- Infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
- Accesses another person’s account, bypasses access or safety controls, distributes unauthorized automated tools, scrapes, overloads, reverse engineers, or interferes with Zelya Lite or its providers.
- Violates applicable law or these Terms.
Zelya Lite may block a request, remove or restrict content, limit an account, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary for safety, security, or legal compliance.
7. Reports and enforcement
Use an in-app reporting control where one is available, or contact support@zelya.ai. Include the account email or User ID and an existing content, task, or request reference where possible. Do not attach or redistribute suspected illegal material.
We may investigate reports and enforce these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or applicable law. Suspected serious violations may lead to immediate restrictions while we investigate. Confirmed violations of the prohibition involving minors may result in permanent account termination. Creating another account to evade enforcement is prohibited.
8. Purchases and subscriptions
If you purchase or subscribe through Google Play, Google Play processes the transaction and manages billing under its terms and applicable law. Prices, included benefits, renewal periods, and cancellation options are shown in the app or store before purchase. Credits or other virtual benefits are provided for use in Zelya Lite, are not cash, and may not be transferred unless the app expressly states otherwise.
Manage or cancel a Google Play subscription in Google Play. Uninstalling Zelya Lite or deleting your Zelya Lite account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under applicable law and the relevant store or payment-provider rules.
9. Service changes and availability
Features, models, templates, capacity, limits, prices, and availability may change. We may maintain, suspend, restrict, or discontinue part of Zelya Lite, impose reasonable limits, or stop processing a request to protect the service, users, providers, or others. Zelya Lite does not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or universally available service.
10. Account deletion and termination
You may request deletion of your Zelya Lite account under Settings → Security → Delete account in the app, or follow the public Zelya Lite Account Deletion instructions without reinstalling the app. Account deletion is permanent for the app-facing account once successfully processed, subject to the retention exceptions in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend access or terminate an account for material violations, fraud, safety risk, legal requirements, or harm to Zelya Lite or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including obligations concerning content permissions, purchases, disclaimers, and liability, continue to apply.
11. Intellectual property
Zelya Lite, its software, branding, interfaces, and original service materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use Zelya Lite in accordance with these Terms. Do not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or create competing services from Zelya Lite materials except as allowed by law or by written permission.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zelya Lite is provided “as is” and “as available.” Zelya Lite disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zelya Lite and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to the service. Liability that cannot legally be limited remains subject only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Zelya Lite or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
