Delete Your Zelya Lite Account

Delete the account in the Zelya Lite app

1. Sign in to Zelya Lite.
2. Open Settings.
3. Find the Security section.
4. Select Delete account.
5. Follow the displayed confirmation steps and wait for the success message.

The app may ask you to authenticate again before deletion. Complete that confirmation inside Zelya Lite. Do not email your password, one-time verification code, payment-card details, Play purchase token, or original private images.

Request deletion by email without the app

Email us from the address registered to your Zelya Lite account. Use the subject Zelya Lite account deletion and include your account email or User ID and specify Zelya Lite (ai.zelya.lite). If you are emailing from a different address, include enough non-secret account information to help us verify ownership. We may ask for additional ownership verification before processing the request.

Required subject: Zelya Lite account deletion. Include your account email or User ID. Do not send a password, payment card, original photos or videos, one-time verification code, or Play purchase token. You do not need to reinstall Zelya Lite or open the app to send this email.

We will use the information you provide to verify account ownership and process the deletion request. If the request cannot be completed safely, we may contact you for clarification or ask you to retry later.

What the deletion request covers

After ownership verification and successful processing, Zelya Lite removes or no longer makes accessible the app-facing account and associated records controlled for that account, including:

• Personal profile information such as account email, display name, profile image, User ID, authentication links, settings, and account state.
• Private works and processing data such as uploaded images or videos, prompts, templates, generation settings, tasks, and generated image or video results associated with the account.
• Account-owned wallet, credit, subscription entitlement, notification, device-association, favorite, message, feedback, report, and related service records.

Some records may be anonymized rather than retained in identifiable form. The Zelya Lite Privacy Policy contains the full description of collection, use, disclosure, and retention.

Records that may be retained

Zelya Lite may retain or anonymize the minimum records necessary for completed purchases and accounting, tax, refunds, chargebacks or disputes, fraud prevention, security, anti-abuse, legal claims, or legal-preservation obligations. This can include completed purchase or transaction records, limited security logs, anti-abuse records, and evidence connected to a report or legal obligation.

Retained records are restricted to those purposes and are not used to recreate the deleted app-facing account. Backup copies and caches may be cleared only through their applicable operational lifecycle. We do not promise immediate deletion of every copy and do not state a universal fixed deletion deadline for every data category.

Cancel a Google Play subscription separately

Deleting your Zelya Lite account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Uninstalling Zelya Lite also does not replace a subscription cancellation. To stop an active subscription, manage it separately in Google Play:

1. Open Google Play.
2. Open Payments & subscriptions.
3. Open Subscriptions.
4. Select Zelya Lite, then choose Cancel subscription.

Cancellation timing, access through the paid period, refunds, and billing disputes remain subject to Google Play’s terms and applicable law.
